an Invoice (which is a copy of the Warrant) and on it being ascertained that the Stamps are correct, the Invoice is signed by the Warehouse-Keeper and returned to the Accountant's Department to show that the Requisition to the Warehouse has been complied with.
The Stamping Warrants and the Invoices are retained by the Registrar and by the Warehouse-Keeper.
As regards the adhesive stamps stock which are kept by the Warehouse-Keeper ready for issue, special requisitions are provided, and the Invoice of the Consignment (which is the only other document required) defined by the Warehouse Keeper is debited to the sale office in the Accountant's Department, and on its return signed in acknowledgment of the receipt of the Stamps, it is again shown in the Accountant's Department as evidence of the completion of the consignment.
The same course is followed in supplying Stamps to the Country distributors.
